不锈钢高压电磁阀安装与维护  Installation and maintenance

1、安装前应仔细核对阀标牌数据是否符合现场要求，如电压、温度、介质、压力等。

Before installation should carefully check valve plate meets the requirement of data,such as voltage, temperature, pressure, medium.

2、电磁阀现场安装必须按照国家爆炸危险场所“电气安全规程”中有关规定进行。

Solenoid valve installation must be in accordance with the state explosion"electrical safety regulations" in the relevant provisions.

3、电磁阀线圈必须牢固可靠。线圈有三孔插头，其中上为接地线，左右孔接工作导线Solenoid valve coil must be reliable. The coil has a three-hole plug, wherein for grounding wire, wire around hole work.

4、电磁阀安装前应将管路内部清洗干净。

Solenoid valve before installation should be clean pipeline.

5、如果流通的介质中有杂质,电磁阀进口断前必须安装密度0.5μm的过滤网。If the circulation medium impurity, electromagnetic valve inlet off must be installedbefore the density of 0.5 m filters.

6、安装电磁阀时注意阀体上箭头要求与介质流向一致。
